Charles Palmer Vineyards is a family run wine estate at Winchelsea in Sussex.  Charles and his family hand planted their first vines in 2006 specifically with the aim of producing a sparkling wine of the highest standard 

This wine is a 30% blend of our Pinot Noir and 70% of our Chardonnay grapes, It has spent 5 years ageing on the lees. The vineyard has the benefit of being close to sea level and a unique terroir of Kimmeridgian clay to produce excellent fruit. Flavours of honey, fig, and minerality with a lemon sherbet long finish.
