Golden-yellow colour. Delicate nose of citrus and slightly tropical,. Medium to full body, full of cooked pear, cooked apples, candied fruit and quince. A light/mild tannin from the maceration on skins.
Pair with: Soft-shell crabs broiled with garlic and breadcrumbs, roast chicken with aromatic rice, polenta with parmesan and black pepper.
