Aligote

Produced from fruit from very old Aligoté vines in the lieu-dit of Les Champs Tions in Fixin by childhood friends Mathieu Moron and Pierre Olivier Garcia who began 2016 when Mathieu’s father offered a tiny parcel of vines (0.4h!) to farm. Expressive nose – intense fresh apple, citrus, hints of white flowers and minerality. Richly textured mouthfeel with layers of apple and peach, bright acidity and a refreshing finish.
