Lightly foot trodden Garnacha Gris fermented on skins then left on the lees for almost a year, by Cellar Frisach, adventurous and free-spirited producers in Catalunya. Lots of bright melon, tangerine and apricots, firm minerality and slightly chewy mouthfeel. A really characterful expression, ideal for outdoor drinking and snacking.
