Benchmark Cabernet Franc – blackberries, currants, cherries, and wafts of herbaceous, grassy notes and a savoury gamey finish. Almost gastronomic… Could keep, or drink. Give it some time in a decanter to fully flourish and you’ll reap the benefits all night (or lunch).
