Ciello has become a cult favourite house white for natural loving drinkers and sommeliers, offering amazing value alongside natural winemaking. Catarratto is one of sun-drenched Sicily’s white varieties, bringing bags of ripe fruit and volcanic vivacity. A very light maceration of 3 days plus no fining, filtering or sulphur brings a soft, chalky body and ‘fresh from the tank’ flavours. Quite deep in colour, the fruit is warm and spicy, the palate rich without being heavy.
