Domaine Hugo Botley's Col Fondo, Wiltshire, 2020

The final pressings in 2019 were reserved for this Col Fondo, using a little of the fermenting 2020 juice to spark a second ferment. No added sulphur. No disgorgement, unfined and unfiltered. Bright, frothy and highly refreshing. A pet nat with added class.
