Collab between Equipo Navazos and Sergi Colet in Penedes – this trad method Chardonnay has a long ageing period of 41 months. Bone-dry, it has virtually no residual sugar and just before bottling a dosage of Manzanilla and Manzanilla Pasada is added giving it a subtle but singular air of flor yeast. Delicate citrus, stone fruits bob amongst the creamy yeasty mousse, a wonderful aperitif and fabulous with anything from the ocean.
