Pure vibrant old vine Parelleda (usually found blended into Cava) from Cataluyna, near Barcelona. Succes Vinocola make high-altitude, clean as a whistle wines – green apples and fresh lime - for enthusiastic drinking in the park, on the beach or at any time of the day when a ‘medicinal dose’ is required.
