Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier
A pure-fruited, mineral combination of Pinot Noir and Meunier from one parcel in Essex - blend of whole-bunch infusion Pinot Noir pressed to barrels for 11 months, and the free run juice of a 100% Pinot Meunier whole bunch-infusion (whole bunches suspended in their own direct-pressed juice.) Aged in barrels for 11 months. Blended together and bottled via gravity with no additions. Technical yet natural.
