Cellar Frisach make ripe but vivid wines, a classic reflection of the hot days and cool night of the Terra Alta and its Mediterranean climate. Organic farming and old vines combine to make a fresh and juicy wine, with good acidity and plenty of dense fresh cherry and spicey blackberry fruit.
