Grenache 40%, Syrah 40%, Carignan 20%

Wines from the hot, dry Larzac can be big and boozy; this however is lively, pure and perfectly balanced. No oak, bottled in the summer following harvest. The biodynamic approach to viticulture, light-footedness around the Goblet-trained vines and fast draining soils combine to make an extremely charming, mineral wine driven by purity and acidity.
