An Aussie Syrah like no other – Poolside by the unstoppable natural winemaker Tom Shobbrook is the palest of reds, closer to a rosé, from the lightest of extractions. There’s still Syrah concentration but also real delicacy and perfume. Poolside is both an ideal location to drink this but also a play on words with Poulsard, the grape that this particular iteration of Syrah is masquerading.
