Julie Paolucci’s property this wine was vinified in amphora, then aged in cement. It has spicy black fruits on the nose with plums, Provencal herbs, all with a very digeste quality and fine-grained tannins. Beautifully concentrated, worth decanting for an hour or so allowing the full spectrum of aromas to release.
