Light, bright and beautifully youthful Cabernet Franc from Touraine. Delicate in body, perfumed with hedgerow fruits, a little floral and the typical grassy notes as you’d expect from this grape. This has got day drinking written all over it, it’s also ideal for summer suppers, plates of ham or just to take the edge off. Extra smashable a few degrees cooler so pop it in the fridge.
