Dynamic, volcanic rosé from north west Sicily, between Palermo and Marsala.  Both the Nero d'Avola and Nerello are picked early, directly pressed and vinified/aged in stainless steel to enhance freshness of fruit. Zesty with unadulterated red fruits, blood orange and peppery aromas, this is the perfect spring/summer wine and an absolute pleasure.
