Listan Negro

Bodega Tajinaste is a small family-owned winery located in the Valle de la Orotava on the north side of Tenerife. The vines are 300 and 500m above sea, the oldest of Listán Negra were planted around 1914. Vivid ruby-red with spicy redcurrants and cherries, moving into dried rose and blood orange. Juicy and penetrating, with a hint of black pepper. The finish is brisk and appealingly sweet, with gentle tannins. Moreish and fantastic with food.
