Drinks Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, so you have 14 days from the date that you receive your drinks order to request a return.
Your order must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with it's original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you need to return any drinks you have bought from us online please email email@example.com. If your return is accepted we will send you a shipping label and instructions on how to dispatch the package. We cannot accept returns if we have not been notified in advance.
Drinks damages and issues
Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we look into the issue and try to make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Event Tickets Return Policy

We are unable to provide refunds to events within 48 hours of the event.
