A trained and experienced professional alcoholic with a degree in winemaking, Nick has made wine, beer, gin and mead(!) all over the world. From Australia to Argentina, Germany to Croatia, California to Peckham, his impressive CV reads more like a Lonely Planet guide than a resumé. An experienced bartender and sommelier with an impressive knowledge of cocktails and how to make them way more complicated than necessary, his taste buds are incredibly well-trained. Nick now works with wine importers at the cutting edge of the industry and has set up the new wave winemaking collective and negociant Troupe._
